A: See images in Vista Templates have the fixed width and height (92 x 21).

You can try to use the following parameter to use combinedbackground for your items, for example:

A: You may generate a menu from a database or XML using any server-side script, e.g., PHP, ASP, VB, etc.
However, these scripts don't work inside of Javascript .js files,
so, you should move parameters of a menu from a .js file into an html-page, e.g.:

Q: How do I control the individual tab width for afloat tabs?

I have 5 items in my example, so I've created Individual Style

And assign it for all items:

But notice that items width cannot be smaller than the width of its'text.
So it is possible that you'll have different size of some itemsif your window have a small size.
