Q: I already found out the use of the pressedItem setting. However Iwas looking to be able to have a submenu in the html dropdown menu already expanded on pageload. Can you tell me if this is possible yet in any way ?

Q: I can not figure out why my submenus are not opening next to the javascript menu horizontal? I have included a picture so you can see what I am talking about. When I am in the turner program they pop up just fine but on my website they don't.

A: See, the problem is that the script can't get css properties of the object if they are described in separate .css block (or file).In other words, you can't get the value of "POSITION: absolute" attribute of the object if the object doesn't have this property within inline style (style="POSITION:absolute;"). To get the value you should move .css style into style="" attribute.

Please, try to add your
css file -> inline css, for example:

You should add style="POSITION: absolute; TOP: 0px"

to the

<div id=div_name>

So, you'll have:

<DIV id=div_name style="POSITION: absolute; TOP: 0px">
Try that.



Q: Is there a javascript function I can call to switch from one tab to the next in the javascript jump menu?

A: You can use the following function:

dtabs_itemClick(menuInd,itemInd);

menuInd - index of the javascript jump menu on your page (>= 0)
itemInd - index of the item you want to open (>= 0)
