A: 1. Create your menu in Deluxe Tuner.

When you open Deluxe Tuner you can click "File/New"
and add items and subitems using buttons "Add Item" and "Add Subitem" on
the main window.
You should set items and subitems parameters on the "Item Parameters"window.

Save your data file.

You should also copy all engine files

into "deluxe-menu.files/" folder. You should place this folder in the
same folder with your index.html page.

Q: Is it possible to not download (pre-load) the images in the javascript menu array (some attributes in the data.js file ..)?

I would like to download them only on rollover on the submenu... I am aware of the ajax version of the menu, but ....

A: Set the following parameter:

Q: I recently started using a new software program on my home page and am running into an issue with your drop down menu in css working with this software.

Basically no matter what I change the DmZorder to drop down menu in css always shows up behind the dhtml windows that I am trying to use.

After working with their support team they have stated that they believe the problem exists within the menus and I am attaching a screenshot they sent me.

Can you please assist me in resolving this issue?

A: Try to delete the following properties from #main style:

POSITION: absolute; TOP: 0px; LEFT: 0px;

Set also units in "px":

  var itemPadding="2px";

It helps to display the drop down menu in css correctly in all browsers.



Q: Is there a way to change the height of the main buttons in Dhtml Menu. When I use the GUI tool there is nowhere to change the main button height. And when I tried to change it in the script file, it did me no good. I want all of the main buttons to be the same size.

A: You can use standard <img> object to set menu height, for example:
