Q: I am testing the menu under the 2nd URL however I am just receiving a blank page Why would the menu be totally blank ...not even incorrect key or trial version warnings. Does Deluxe menu need ASP installed on the server.


A: You should call dmWorkPath parameter before you call dmenu.js file.
Check also that this parameter point to the same directory withdmenu.js file. So, you should install the menu in the following way:

A: The following parameter controls the ways of showing submenus:

From left to right:

Q: We have problems with the japanese down css menu being seen on many Japanese computers.  It comes up with squares.
Can you advise us how we can fix that program.

A: If you are using a Japanese system then everything should render correctly.
If you are using an English system with a Japanese IME then you willneed to set the font in the Tuner to one that supports the characters you require.



Q: I've browsed your product, and I'm trying to determine if there is an existing template that would support a vertical flyout menu, where the static menu is one button, but when clicked on, it lays out 5 additional buttons in a straight line horizontally to the right of the static button. Is this feasible to create with your product with relative ease, and if so, what's the easiest way?
