  • Apply any font of any color, size and font decoration you need. Use any available type, color and thickness of a menu's frame. Choose any color for submenus and items backgrounds.
  • Set the size of the menu in percent, pixels, or other units. This menu may have a relative (it can be inserted into the table, for example) or absolute position .
  • Specify various values for spacing and padding for the whole menu and for each separate submenu.
  • You can specify a time for delays in showing or hiding of a submenu. Use special prefixes for image paths and links to make paths absolute.

Q: Hi, I am testing your menu system for my company and would like to know how to keep the menu in the centre of the page like <centre></centre>.
I know how to do it without a floating menu but cannot work out how to do this with it floating.


A: When you use floatable menu you can't use relative menu position.
So, if you use

  var absolutePos = 0;

and to center the menu you use <p> or <div> with the center alignment your menu won't float.
To center your floatable menu you should set absolute coordinates.


Q: Can youtell me which transition is the regular traditional transition with no effects for the dhtml navigation?

A: You can use
  var transition=0;

if you don't want to use transition you should set:

  var transition=0;
  var transOptions="";
  var transDuration=0;
  var transDuration2=0;

Q: Hi, how to change font/size of the main java script pull down menu?
I see the option only for the sub menus.

A: I suppose that you're using Vista style template.

You should change font for the top items in Individual styles.Try that.



Q: Is there a way to expand only the menus and not the submenus in the collapse tree menu?

A: You can set expanded items by default.

If you want to expand specific items by default you should set "+"symbol at the beginning of item text.
