Q: I am having trouble changing a template of dhtml drop down menu code. I am using the

and I want to add more items to the top menu, however when I add an item, it doesn't follow the format of the existing items.
A: See, we use Individual Item Styles for the top items in this template.
For, example select the "CONTACTS" item on the main window.
In the "Item Parameters" window you can see Individual Styles assignedfor this item:
Item Style - Style1
Icons / Normal - images/spacer.gif
When you add the new item you should assign Individual Styles for itand add icon in the same way.
That is all.
Q: I am working with tabs. Can you tell me why I would be receiving the following menu javascript error:
‘tabs[...].id’ is null or not an object
A: Try to set the following menu javascript parameter:

Q: We are using Deluxe Menu for our website. When developing a new menu with longer text we are facing an issue.

We are using <br> as the menu text is too long but the problem we are facing is the space between two line of web menu text.
Can you please let me know how we can reduce the space?

Q: I have downloaded the trail version of java menu source, and I am getting script errors.

I uninstalled, cleared all cache and temporary files, restarted the computer, reinstalled and I still get the same message.
I am convinced this program is exactly what I need, but one step at a time.
A: I suppose that you're using Windows 2000.
We have some problems with Tuner on this OS.
Unfortunately we didn't fix the issue with Windows 2000 yet.
Try to delete all content from toolbar.html file.
