  • Create contextual menus for your pages. For this purpose you should assign a special function for the object you want. The current coordinates of the mouse pointer or your own ones can be used for the contextual menu.
  • When the submenu is larger than the visible area of the page the submenu will be automatically decreased. Q: I have a question about your code for drop down menu; I was searching the internet for some programs that could generate a good menu for me. I came across your program deluxe tuner. It said it was freehowever it seems as if you need another program to get this one to work although it looks like deluxe tuner does everything I need to do. Anyways I am having a serious issue. The program generates the navbar perfectly fine, the problem is getting it to import into my web page. I tried the instructions below in dreamweaver CS3 severaltimes. I then tried to do it to a blank web page still nothing. I go into the source code and paste the code that this program generates exactly where I am told to place it then I also place the other code where I would like the navbar to be. Nothing happens I preview my site and I just get a blank page??? I placed the source files under the root of the web folder; I double checked the code to make sure that it is pointing to the source files. The Main .Js file sits in the root folder the same folder that the page is in, and the other .js files sit under a folder called “ NavBar.files “ that deluxe tuner generated for me.What could I possible be missing?? If I need to pay for the program I defiantly will but not until I get an answer on this question.

A: Your installation seems to be correct.

Please, check that you have all files for the code for drop down menu in the correctplaces, for example:

NavBar.files/
dmenu.js
....
*.gif
...
index.html
NavBar.js

Try also to set exact width for the code for drop down menu, for example:

Q: How do I center a menu item inthe drop down menu example?

A: Try to use the following parameter:

Q: I'm interested in buying your products. I have no experience in programming, only know html/php. How easy would it be to set up these down vertical menu items? I understand your explanation of copying scripts into the relevant html pages. But what about inserting the menus? Do I have to program them myself?

A: Unfortunately we don't have step by step tutorial now. We'll try tocreate it in the nearest time.

1. Create your menu in Deluxe Tuner application.
You can create any menu as you like in Deluxe Tuner.

Deluxe Tuner v2.4 supports Deluxe Menu (http://deluxe-menu.com) &Deluxe Tree (http://deluxe-tree.com) & Deluxe Tabs (http://deluxe-tabs.com)

You can use ready to use templates. You can find them in the templateswindow.

When you open Deluxe Tuner ( Deluxe Menu ) you can click "File/New"and add items and subitems using buttons "Add Item" and "Add Subitem" onthe main window.
You should set items and subitems parameters on the "Item Parameters"window.

Q: Great product and incredible user friendly interface to loadeverything up! I wasn't used to such a user friendly interface and was looking way to hard.

I did have one question though. When I open up Deluxe Tuner and click on the javascript slide down menu sample to the left (with the search box), I get the following message:

I click no, and the javascript slide down menu comes up, but no search box! Any idea why this is so?

A: There will be no search box in that template.

Actually you are able to paste any html code within items.
