Q: When I select something from one of the mouseover menus it takes me to a link on a website,
is it possible to run a javascript instead?

Q: In IE first tab of tabbed navigation is coming selected but in firefox it is not coming selected.

A: Check the following parameters:

  var bselectedSmItem=1; //submenus

Notice that all indexes starts with 0.
