  • Set the size of the menu in percent, pixels, or other units. This menu may have a relative (it can be inserted into the table, for example) or absolute position .
  • Specify various values for spacing and padding for the whole menu and for each separate submenu.
  • You can specify a time for delays in showing or hiding of a submenu. Use special prefixes for image paths and links to make paths absolute.

Q: Is there a javascript function that I can call that will return the ID or the Text value of the currently checked tab?

A: Unfortunately there is no such a function now.

There are such variables.

dtabs_tabs[menuN].b1 - dtabs_tabs[menuN].selectedItem
dtabs_tabs[menuN].JT0 - dtabs_tabs[menuN].selectedSmItem

But they contain the index of the selected menu item, not the ID.

Q: The button menu is on the top of the screen but it has lines through each of the menus just after the words and before the arrow on each of them.
I have stretched the menu out tocover the whole of the top of the page but i need to get these lines out of the menu.

Can you please help me with this problem


A: See images in Vista Templates have the fixed width and height (92 x21):

When items text is too long you can have such effect.

You can try to use combined background for your items, for example:

But you should create a small images in any Graph Editor, for example:

Q: Will the Tabs Tuner allow you edit/specify the color schemes on the Glass style tabs?
Does this apply for all the styles as well? ( need to match corporate colors,etc.) Thanks!


A: No unfortunately you cannot change it's color.
This is the image basemenu.
So you should create new images with your own color and use them.

We'll try to create more templates.


Q: Is it possible to designate a different font style, for thedrop down links then for the main link in the asp drop down menu?

A: Yes it is possible. It will be better for you to use another font style for your top itemsusing Individual styles.

And change font styles for your submenus using the following parameters:
