unfortunately this syntax doesnґt work


A: You can use as many menus as you want on the one page.

But you should call dmWorkPath parameter and dmenu.js file only onceon the one page.

You cannot write dmWorkPath1 and dmWorkPath2. Youir menu won't workcorrectly in that case.

You should write

Q: I am now running the newest version, all ok. A new client wants to have submenus openFor the left hand menu navigation that I purchased, can I choose what dhtml tree menus will be expanded or collapsed when the user first comes to the webpage for the first time?

For instance, right now, when the user first goes to the page ALL of the menus are collapsed. If I wanted the first and third tree menus to be expanded and the others to stay collapsed when a new user first went to the page, how would I accomplish that?

A: You can expand some items by default.
Add '+' sign before items text in that case:

Use   var texpanded=1; parameter to expand all menu items by default.

Q: I can't get the hand pointer to work with my dhtml menu scripts in firefox and IE. I know that firefox requires the itemCursor to be set to pointer, but it doesn't work for all links in my menus. I believe that this worked in past version of deluxe-menu, but stopped working somewhere along the way. To recreate this, create a horizontal menu, and set the pressedItem to be one of the menu items and set the itemCursor to be "pointer". Then, you'll see that the pressed item's pointer is the finger icon, but the other menu items are just the arrow. Is there something I'm doing wrong or a setting that will fix this?

A: No, the reason is not in the pressed item.

See when you set:
  var itemCursor="pointer";

your cursor will be a hand for the items with url only. For the itemswithout url it will be default arrow.



Q: I tested your code and it works fine now. I don't need the Deluxe Tuner and only used the Java Script code. So please inform me about the expenses of using Java Script code and also related support needs.
