Q: I am having a problem trying to figure out how to generate a link to javascript popup window.

A: You can show the popup window when you hover, click or mouseout on some elements on yourpage.
For example you've added an image in your html page.
You should specify the ID for it, for example:

<p><img id="open_popup" border="0" src="images/submenu-bg.gif" width="170" height="29"></p>

In the Deluxe Tuner you should enter 'open_popup' object ID in the onMouseOver,onClick or onMouseOut fields.
Actually you can assign id to any object on your page manually. You should specify ID's - id="xxxx" for <a>, <div>, <img> ... tags.

Or you want to open a popup onMouseover, onClick or onMouseout on a link.

So, you should create a link (you can also use other object) on your page and set id="" for it, for example:

<a href="javascript:;" id="link">Open popup OnClick</a>
<a href="javascript:;" id="over">Open popup OnMouseover</a>
<a href="javascript:;" id="out">Open popup OnMouseOut</a>

In Deluxe Tuner you should set:
onMouseOver - over
onMouseOut - out
onClick - link

If you want to show the popup when your page loads you should leave these fields empty:
onMouseOver:"",
onMouseOut:"",
onClick:"",

Q: I am using XP style tree menu and would like to have top level menu item with no submenu items. However, the right double arrow icon still show up. Is there a way to hide it for the item without submenu items in css javascript tree menu?

See the attached document, I want to remove the double arrow icon at right for "Mission Statement", "History", "Direction" and "Contact Us".

Any help will be appreciated.

A: You can create Individual XP Style and use it for items with submenus:

  var tXPExpandBtn=["left.files/blank-arrow.gif","left.files/blank-arrow.gif","left.files/blank-arrow.gif","left.files/blank-arrow.gif"];

  var tXPStyles = [
["tXPExpandBtn=left.files/menu-arrow.gif,left.files/menu-arrow.gif,left.files/menu-arrow01.gif,left.files/menu-arrow01.gif"],
];

and assign this style for all top items with submenus:

["Home","", "", "", "", "", "", "0", "", "", ],
["+Company Profile","", "", "", "", "", "", "0", "0", "", ], //style 0
 ["|Item 25","", "", "", "", "", "", "1", "", "", ],
 ["|Item 26","", "", "", "", "", "", "1", "", "", ],
["+Projects","", "", "", "", "", "", "0", "0", "", ], //style 0
 ["|Item 27","", "", "", "", "", "", "1", "", "", ],
 ["|Item 28","", "", "", "", "", "", "1", "", "", ],

A: To add input area and a button you should write your menu item in thefollowing way:

["|Search <input type=text style='width:80px;height:17px;font:normal 10px Tahoma,Arial;'>&nbsp;&nbsp;
<input type=button value='Go' style='width:30px;height:17px;font:normal 10px Tahoma,Arial;'>", "", "", "", "", "", "", "0"],

Q: When I add the menu to sites which are using ASP script the font color doesn't change when I roll over the menu, can you please have a look for me and explain whats up.

A: You're using CSS for your web pages.
You have set the font-color for the <TD> tag in an css style sheet file to #ed9c33.

Notice you should use CSS-based menu (CSS mode) if you're using CSSfor your TD tags (and for other objects).
