A: It happens because at first you call
<SCRIPT src="CHSD Map_files/data.js" type=text/javascript > </SCRIPT >
and then you paste the content of data.js file in your code.
That's why you have two menus on your page.Please, delete one of them.

Q: I've tried to change the width of the images within the Deluxe Tuner program to do so. Can you please tell me where to find the configuration within the program?

A: You can't change images in Deluxe Tuner. You should do it in anygraphics editor, for example in CorelDraw or PhotoShop.

Q: I purchased the most recent version of "Deluxe Menu & Tree & Tabs & Window Multiple Website License", and now can't open menus from previous versions. When I try to open a custom drop down menu that was created in an older version, I get the error:

Can't open the file:
c:\webs\ltron\ltronmenudata.js
Check youre encode parameter

This happens on all of the older menus that we're trying to update............Do I have to run some type of conversion program on older menu files?

Please let me know as quickly as possible.........we have over 100 custom drop down menus out there and now it seems that we can't edit them!

A: This message means that you should change the encoding:

"Tools/Use utf8 encode"

Change this setting and then open your data files.

Q: I can't find an instance of your java pop menu that can lay over top of a flash object without making the flash object disappear like your demo.

Does yours or doesn't it do the same thing and if so, where is there an example?

A: Deluxe Menu overlaps flash in all browsers.
