Q: I have noticed an issue with the menu. Dhtml pop up menu does not drop down over the frame if a pdf is being displayed. It does something weird to the browser like shortens the main frame and displays above the menu.

A: Notice that you should add your pdf inside IFRAME tag.

Try to set the following parameter to overlap .pdf files:

  var useIFRAME=1;

Q: Images don't appear in my menu.


A: Now you have two lines:

<SCRIPT type=text/javascript>  var dmWorkPath = "../misyssbm.files/";</SCRIPT>

and

<SCRIPT type=text/javascript>  var dmWorkPath = "../side_menu.files/";</SCRIPT>

But you should have only one line.

Q: I have deluxe-menu 3.2.5 and now I can't open my old menu files. I get thefollowing error message in dhtml menu creator "Can't open the file:
H:\data-menu.js. Check youre encode parameter." I have tried to open several different menu files and I always get the same error message. Do you have any solution of this problem?

A: You should change Deluxe Tuner settings:

Try to turn off the encoding property "Tools/use utf8 encode" and open your datafile once again.



Q: I am trying to convert the menu from the old Apycom menu to the new Deluxe menu and getting an error

Error: 'floatable' is undefined


A: Try to add the following lines into your data file:
