A: You should generate search engine friendly code and install it on yourpage in the beginning of the BODY tag.

Deluxe Menu is a search engine friendly menu since v1.12.
To create a search engine friendly menu you should add additional html code within your html page:

To generate such a code use Deluxe Tuner application.

Run Tuner, load your menu and click Tools/Generate SE-friendly Code (F3).



Q: Extremely new at this and likely way over my head…..but why when I attempt to use my own button image in the “itemBack Image” selection under “Edit Individual Styles” does it keep showing up blank in the preview screen?


A: Please, check all your paths.
You can also use additional parameters to make menu paths absolute:

These parameters allow to make images and links paths absolute.
For example:

  var pathPrefix_img = "http://domain.com/images/";
  var pathPrefix_link = "http://domain.com/pages/";

So, link path will be look so:
http://domain.com/pages/index.html

Images paths will be look so:

Q: I'm a registered user. I'm looking to make a space between dhtml cross browser menu buttons, I checked the FAQ which suggested using ["-"], between items but it didn't work. It deleted the dhtml cross browser menu items below it. I'm looking to put a space between
