Javascript Menu. DHTML Menu.

  • Use a mouse to move a menu as a usual window. Also you can create the menu where each submenu can be "separated" from the menu (MS Office toolbar-like mode).
  • When the page is scrolled the menu remains visible. The menu can "float" along one or two coordinate axes.
  • There can be multilevel menus - create as many rows of the menu as necessary. Any submenu in its turn can include different number of columns.

1. Create your menu in Deluxe Tuner application.
You can create any menu as you like in Deluxe Tuner.

You can use ready to use templates. I'm sending you package with alltemplates. Just open data file in Deluxe Tuner.

Add items and subitems using buttons "Add Item" and "Add Subitem" onthe main window.
You should set items and subitems parameters on the "Item Parameters"window.
See also other parameters for the menu on the main window.

Q: I'm using your DHTML menu product.
I've read the parameters but am unable to make the drop down menu links stop spawning a new window on click.
I love the product and want to use it on my web but I've got to make it stop having babies! Have you some advice for me or a FAQ page you can send?


A: You should use the following parameter

  var itemTarget = "_self";

Please, see also individual items targets, for example:

You should add "+" symbol before the item text. For example:

A: Unfortunately, you can't assign onmouseover/onClick/onContextMenu event to each item.
However, you can achieve this by using standard html objects within items, for example:
