A: Yes, you can do it. Please open in any text editor the following file:

"C:\Program Files\Deluxe Menu\deluxe-tuner\data\deluxe-menu\preview.html"

You should set bgcolor parameter, for example:

bgcolor=#000000


Q: I like “popup-mode-sample” but I could make it to work on my computer.

A: If your menu doesn't work you should check paths to your dmenu.js file andto dmWorkPath parameter.


Q: How can I from javascript code change a displayed tab selection to another one in the dynamic menu tabs... lets say from first tab to the third tab?


A: This Tabs menu can save pressed item automatically within1 page only.
If you open another page, the menu can't remember presseditem.
You should do that manually using Javascript and menu parameters
(  var bselectedItem and   var   var bselectedSmItem) or using any server-side script (php, asp, etc.)

Deluxe Tabs doesn't support API functions which can return theselected tab.

If your site is written on PHP you can set "bselectedItem" and "varbselectedSmItem" parameters
based on your link beforeyou call your data file.

For example, move "bselectedItem" and "  var bselectedSmItem" parametersfrom your data file to your code.

Q: Hello we have a javascript menu on our site. I want to know howcan we have our vertical drop menu appear for people who do not have javascript enabled on their computer? A: When your security settings in IE doesn't allow Javascript onpages you load you can't see a dynamic page content. So, you cannotsee your javascript menu at all.

There is no way to enable these preferences automatically, in othercase there are no reasons to create security preferences.

You can use search engine friendly code, so you'll see all yourlinks (for the main items and submenus) when your security settings in IE doesn't allow Javascript.

Deluxe Menu is a search engine friendly menu since v1.12.
To create a search engine friendly menu you should add additional html code within your html page:
