Please, use Deluxe Tuner. In the "Item parameters" window you can set text, link, target, iconsfor the menu items.

A: Try to set the exact width for the menu in "px":

A: You should specify itemPadding parameter in "px".
You shouldadd "px" in your style for subitems:
