Q: How do you change the back ground color of the menu?
menuBackColor just changes the pull down background.
I'm stuck with a blue background which i guess is the default.
I've looked at the parameters page for info, tried a few different items but none worked for changing the background.
I'm sure its something very obvious, but any help would be appreciated.
A: Please, don't forget to change also item background colors:

Q: How can I add a separator to the vertical menu using the dynamic functions?
It seems as though the only way to get a separator into the menu is by defining itbefore hand, but the website I'm building will require me to reload themenus dinamically, and I'm losing the ability to put separators on it.
A: You should add items using the following function:
function dm_ext_addItem (menuInd, submenuInd, iParams)
or
function dm_ext_addItemPos (menuInd, submenuInd, iParams, Pos)

Set the following parameter:
var dm_writeAll=1;
So, you should write:
dm_ext_addItem(0, 4, ["|-", "", "", "", "", "", "", ])
Q: Would it work to put the javascript command in the dhtml context menu Link entry so that when a person clicks on the menu item, he navigates to the webpage specified in the onclick?
A: Actually you can use your own Javascript code instead standard links and html code inside item text. For example:
var tmenuItems = [
["text", "javascript:window.location.href=myvalue"]
];
or
var tmenuitems = [
["Table of Contents
", ""]
];
Q: Am I under the correct assumption that if the inner menu item text expands past the ItemWidth or MenuWidth (being that the Width is set -- eg 150px), that the javascript menu div width will expand past it's boundaries instead of wrapping the text? (eg. A text like "Please Make this Wrap instead of expand the width boundary" seems to expand the container's width rather than wrap)
A: There are 2 ways to do that:
1. set
var noWrap=0;
2. use <br> tags, for example:
var menuItems = [
["line 1<br>line 2"],
];
