Javascript Menu. DHTML Menu.

Q: I would like all my submenus of the html menu to appear in the same location on the page and not relative to the parent menu item.

A: You can do it using the following parameters:

  var subMenuAlign = "left"; - Horizontal alignment for submenus.

"pleft", "pcenter", "pright" - alignment relative to the parent submenu.

  var subMenuVAlign = "top"; - Submenus vertical alignment.

"ptop", "pcenter", "pbottom" - alignment relative to the parent submenu.



Q: Images don't appear in my menu.


A: Now you have two lines:

<SCRIPT type=text/javascript>  var dmWorkPath = "../misyssbm.files/";</SCRIPT>

and

<SCRIPT type=text/javascript>  var dmWorkPath = "../side_menu.files/";</SCRIPT>

But you should have only one line.
Please, check it.


Q: I have a problem. How can we get the value of a parameter passed by the menu, when a menu item is clicked? For example I want to get the URL or file name to be open by the menu item when it is clicked.
I am talking about TREE menu.


A: If you want to open url or a file when you click on items of the tree menu you can write, for example:

Q: I was wonder if there was a way to have the css tree view already expanded with I open the page the menu is on instead of having to expanded every time.
