Width of the menu you can set so:
  var tmenuWidth = "500px";
Try that.

Try to specify units in "px".
  var tmenuWidth = "182px";
It's necessary to specify exact value for Mozilla browsers. It helpsto position menus correctly.

Q: I am in the process of setting up a new html menu bar, but seem to be having trouble getting it to work via Internet Explorer 8.0.

Instead of making drop-downs, it only makes little symbols. However, it works fine via Firefox.

A: Try to use v3.3. It is compatible with IE8.

Q: What do you recommend for "remembering" the tab in the js tab menu,
so that when the page reloads the correct tab is highlighted.

A: Deluxe Tabs doesn't support API functions which can return theselected tab aslo.

You can set "bselectedItem" and "  var bselectedSmItem" parametersbased on your link before you call your data file.

For example, move "  var bselectedItem" and "  var bselectedSmItem" parametersfrom your data file to your code.
