Q: I have noticed in some other jdhtml menu system that when the user right clicks a link, they get the internet explorer link options such as Copy Shortcut, Open, and Open in New Tab/Window. This does not seem to work with dmenu.

Is this possible using dmenu?

A: You can try to write the following code for your items:

Q: I can not figure out how you put the arrow that shows there's more information in the php drop down menu?
I tried and tried to figure it out where you add this .gif file?

A: You should set the following parameters in your data.js file:

  var arrowImageMain=["deluxe-menu.files/arrowmain.gif","deluxe-menu.files/arrowmaino.gif"];
//Normal and mouseover arrow images for top-level items.

  var arrowImageSub=["deluxe-menu.files/arrowsub.gif","deluxe-menu.files/arrowsubo.gif"];
// Normal and mouseover arrow images for submenu items.

You can set these parameters in Deluxe Tuner also:

Open 'Icons' section in the main window and set   var arrowImageMain and   var arrowImageSubparameters.



Q: If you use firefox this displays fine, in IE it seems to add cell padding around the bottom & right edge of the dhtml image menu. Cant see it in the code anywhere.

A: Set the following parameter:

Q: I'm trying out the cross-browser (top to bottom) drop down menu and I was wondering if it was possible to have the top bar (the main items) use a background image while the sub-items beneath used a plain background color and no image?

So far I've gotten them to either both use a background image, or both use a background color. Any advice would be greatly appreciated. :)

A: Actually you can create any menu you like with Deluxe Menu.

You can use Individual Styles to set background image for the items
