Q: We use your deluxe menu app. We are trying to configure menu windows to a certain width. But when we configure it to a certain number of characters, the app cuts words. Is there any way to configure it, so that doesn't happens and puts that word in the lower line in the menu en javascript item?

A: Try to use the following parameter:

  var noWrap=0;

You can also use standard <br> tags within menu en javascript item's text.

Q: Can I center the css dropdown menu on page?

A: You should set relative position for the menu:

  var absolutePos=0;

and place it in DIV or TABLE with center alignment.



Q: I am using the dhtml-tabs code. I have 2 tabs that I use for a basic form and an advanced form. The advanced form is on the second tab. When I submit, I get results. When I click the back button, the selected tab is the first one, and not the second. Is there a way to configure the tabs to be persistent or sticky. Such that clicking on the back button will result on being on the second tab, which was the last dynamic drop menu tab before going to a new page?

A: You can try to use the following dynamic drop menu function:

dtabs_itemClick(0,1)

To open your second tab.



Q: Hi, I am testing your menu system for my company and would like to know how to keep the menu in the centre of the page like <centre></centre>.
I know how to do it without a floating menu but cannot work out how to do this with it floating.


A: When you use floatable menu you can't use relative menu position.
So, if you use

  var absolutePos = 0;

and to center the menu you use <p> or <div> with the center alignment your menu won't float.
To center your floatable menu you should set absolute coordinates.
