Q: We are facing a problem with display of deluxe menu in Internet explorer 7.0
Java script menuis displaying fine in Mozilla Firefox & Internet Exploer 6.0.


A: Your browser has JavaScript option disabled.
It means that no one JavaScript element can be run.
You should to enable JavaScript in IE:

Tools -> Internet Options -> Security -> Custom level... -> Scripting -> Active Scripting = Enable

There is no way to enable these preferences automatically, in othercase there are no reasons to create security preferences.

You can use search engine friendly code, so you'll see all yourlinks (for the main items and submenus) when your security settings in IE doesn't allow Javascript.

You can generate search engine friendly code.
Deluxe Menu is a search engine friendly menu since v1.12.
To create a search engine friendly menu you should add additional html code within your html page:

To generate such a code use Deluxe Tuner application.
You can find this GUI in the trial package.

Q: Your product is great. I do have one question for you however.

Right now the dropdown (subitem) menus appear based on the smShowPause variable, and disappear based on the smHidePause variable. It is sometimes awkward for users to mouse off the subitem menu that has dropped down, only to have it still hanging there. Reducing the smHidePause variable is not an option because then the menu often disappears before a user has selected a menu option.

The ideal solution is the have the subitem menu recognize when the user has moused off the menu, and then disappear. Is this possible?
if not, I definitely suggest incorporating it into your next build!

We are using <br> as the menu text is too long but the problem we are facing is the space between two line of web menu text.

Q: Is there a way to change the height of the main buttons in Dhtml Menu. When I use the GUI tool there is nowhere to change the main button height. And when I tried to change it in the script file, it did me no good. I want all of the main buttons to be the same size.
