Q: I’m very interested in your script of deluxe-menu.
I tryed your script out and have some questions now:

How do I highlight main menu items when I selected a main category?
How do I highlight submenu items when I selected a sub category?
How can I have a submenu unfoldet when I selected the matching main category?

A: The menu has only two states normal and mouseover. We'll try to add the pressed state in the future.

You can set a pressed item using Javascript API:

function dm_ext_setPressedItem (menuInd, submenuInd, itemInd, recursion)

Sets a current pressed item.
menuInd - index of a menu on a page, >= 0.
submenuInd - index of a submenu, >= 0.
itemInd - index of an item, >=0.
recursion = true/false - highlight parent items.

But notice, to use dm_ext_setPressedItem() you should know ID of selected item and subitem.
You can't get this ID after you reload your page. That is why you should write your own code on PHP.


Q: If you look at my page in IE 7, the position of the submenus is too far over to the left from drop down menu. It is fine in Firefox.
Do you have any suggestions on this??


A: Try to set exact width for the menu:

  var menuWidth="600px";


Q: The property   var showByClick=1; not work in popupMode=1; ??? Is it possible ???


A: Unfortunately it is really impossible to show submenu on click in popup mode.


Q: Can we right justify the secondary nav?
If so, can you send instructions on how. Thanks.
