Q: How can I center my navigation java script menu bar within my HTML page? I have tried putting the script into a table that is centered. I have also changed the   var menuWidth to 800px. The navigation bar is still right-justified instead of centered in both IE and Firefox/Mozilla.

A: Now you use absolute position for the java script menu bar:

  var absolutePos=1;
  var posX="0px";
  var posY="0px";


You should set:
  var absolutePos=0;



Q: After much coming and going I have finally got De Luxe menu to work with Firefox 2

But the menu system on the exact same htm page I have created does not show up in IE7.

Is this a known problem?

A: Try to set the exact width for the menu,

  var menuWidth="700px";



Q: It all works great under IE, but when you view it in Firefox the fly-out menus (off of Products, Services & About Us) do not appear over the Flash animation to the right in IE.

It works fine under Firefox on all other pages apart form Home, because Home is the only page with containing the Flash animation.

Could you please have a look and let us know if this is a known issue (we're using the latest 8 dmenu .js file, time-stamped 11 April 2006).
