Q: If I use the Search Engine Friendly Code feature, do I have to update or redo it each time I change the drop menu script and save, or if I do it once to the file will it automatically update on every save?

A: If you change drop menu script items (item's text and links) you should updateyour search engine friendly code. Deluxe Tuner doesn't update it onevery save (when you save your data file).

There is no need to update it when you change menu parameters only.



Q: I was enthused to see you had cross-frame support for your menus. But, as I got into it, I discovered that your javascript transparent menu doesn't support frames within frames.

A: Actually Deluxe Menu works correctly with nested frames in most cases.Try to install Deluxe Menu in cross-frame mode. If you'll have someproblems you can send us a copy of your html page (including .js files) ora direct link to your website, so we can check it.



Q: I would like to reduce or remove the indentation between submenus. That way I can save space for the menu. How can I set indentation?
I would like to change the height of the submenu items (no icons used). How can I do that?


A: Unfortunately, you cannot reduce the indent between main items inXP-Style.

To reduce the indentation between submenus you should set thefollowing parameter:

  var titemHeight=15;


Q: I just bought a developer version but I am having troubles using the javascript rollover menu which is shown right above an embedded flash movie. Although i followed the instructions on the website, i experience major problems using Opera 9.2.0 and Firefox 2.0.0.15.

A: Check that you've set opaque parameter to <object> and <embed> tags.
