A: You should use floating feature to keep your menu at the top of thescreen when scrolling down.

Q: http://deluxe-tabs.com/file/templates/deluxe-tabs-style-5.html I like the transitional fade of onclick tab data between tabs of this menu, but I don't see anything in Transitional Effect variables to manipulate this.
A: You can set transitional effects in the "Transitional Effects"section in Deluxe Tuner.

Notice that Transitional Effects are supported by IE5.5+ only.Q: When I add the menu to sites which are using ASP script the font color doesn't change when I roll over the menu, can you please have a look for me and explain whats up.
A: You're using CSS for your web pages.
You have set the font-color for the <TD> tag in an css style sheet file to #ed9c33.
Notice you should use CSS-based menu (CSS mode) if you're using CSSfor your TD tags (and for other objects).

A: Actually we're using Deluxe Menu in our WordPress blogs without anyproblems.
You should edit the php template of your theme.
1. Go to Design -> Theme Editor
Open header.php file

2. Upload folder with all menu files on your server
3. Add the following code in the <head> tag:
