  • Build right-click menus for your site. For this purpose you should appoint a peculiar method for the object you want. The current X,Y of the mouse pointer or your own ones can be used for the context menu.
  • Design menus absolutely based on CSS (Cascading Style Sheets). It is possible to apply the personal CSS styles for every elements of the menu.
  • When the submenu is bigger than the visible page area, the size of submenu will be automatically decreased. To view all the submenu items you do not need to use scrollbars or something like that - just put your mouse to the bottom of a submenu and it will be automagically scrolled! Q: I made a css tab menu on this website and I noticed that I need to click two time to get the link.
It doesn't work if I click only one time. Could you help me to fixe that ?

A: You should set correct selected item:
  var bselectedItem=2; //0,1,2...

Set also:
  var tabMode=0;
  var bselectedSmItem=0;

In that case you should write your links in the following way:

Q: In IE first tab of tabbed navigation is coming selected but in firefox it is not coming selected.

A: Check the following parameters:

  var bselectedItem=0; //top items
  var bselectedSmItem=1; //submenus

Notice that all indexes starts with 0.


Q: I develop with a mac and I would like to know if your navigation bar maker is mac compatible?

A: You should download free trial version on MAC.
So, you'll have MAC version of Deluxe Menus:

Q: One more question. How can I make the javascript submenus appear much more quickly? They appear but only after mouseing-over the menu and waiting for approximatelyone second.

A: Try to adjust the following parameters:
  var dm_writeAll=0;

  var smShowPause=100;
  var smHidePause=1000;

  var transDuration=150;
  var transDuration2=200;

You can also turn off transitional effects
  var transition=-1;
