Q: I am having a lot of trouble trying to get the menu to work properly. I want to make sure that I get it working before I make the licesning purchase.

The menu is to be CSS based but while I have the main menu somewhat in location, none of the settings are correct. Can you help?


A: See, the problem is that the script can't get css properties of the object if they are described in separate .css block (or file).
To get the value you should move .css style into style="POSITION: relative;" attribute.

Please, try to add your
css file -> inline css

Try to write so:
<DIV id=if-navbar style="POSITION: relative;">


Q: I'd really appreciate any info on how I can create dhtml menu on Mac..


A: Unfortunately we don't have step by step tutorial now.
We'll try tocreate it in the nearest time.

1. Create your menu in Deluxe Tuner application.
You can create any menu as you like in Deluxe Tuner.

You can use ready to use templates. I'm sending you package with all
templates. Just open data file in Deluxe Tuner.

Add items and subitems using buttons "Add Item" and "Add Subitem" onthe main window.
You should set items and subitems parameters on the "Item Parameters"window.

into "deluxe-menu.files/" folder.
You should place this folder in thesame folder with your index. html page.Try that.

Q: Can I put the icon on the left hand side of the text or does it have to be the right in the tree menu script?

A: You can put the icon as you wish on the left or right side.
You may set a alignment of icons and arrows.
To set them use these parameters:

To set alignment of the top items in XP-style use:

Q: Well I figured all of that out but now I have a new problem.The content of the textarea tabs is not displaying in IE.

A: See, it is not correctly to use submenus in tabMode=0.
