Q: Just wondering if it's possible to have the sub menu of my collapsible dhtml menu that appear when the "+" is clicked stay open when another page loads. I tried downloading the trial version & can't get that to happen.

Click on "web development" and then "web design portfolio" - when the new page loads the menu closes. Is it possible to have it remember which sub menus were showing when the new page loads?

A: Deluxe Tree has save state feature. You should set the followingparameter:

  var tsaveState=1;



Q: The value of dmAJAXCount = 0 (we don't set that parameter).
How exactly does this parameter work? When does it have to be set?


A: That variable set the maximal number of submenus that will be loadedfrom server on your page.

If you don't know exact number of submenus you can set a big value forthis parameter.


Q: Can the Deluxe Menus be set to open by click and stay open when clicked for some time?

A: You can open Deluxe Menu on click. Set this parameter:
  var showByClick = 0;          Show submenus on a mouse click only.
0 - disabled (default),   1 - enabled.

You can use such parameter in you menu:
  var transDuration = 300;         - Delay of a transitional effect (in ms) on submenu's showing.
