Q: I was wondering why when I add the code below the flash disappears in safari, but now works in Firefox, when the dropdown menu is rolled over? Can it work in both Safari and Firefox?

hides flash in Safari.
Deluxe Menu can't drop down over an object correctly in Safari that iswhy the latter will be hidden for a time when the submenu is shown.
You can try to delete this code.

Any ideas? Should we upgrade to the latest version? If so, what it the upgrade path for us? Will we have to modify our data-tree.js file?
A: Yes, try to use Deluxe Tree v2.4.
See in Deluxe tree you should specify correct tWorkPath parameter:

This parameter should point to the same folder with dtree.js file.When you use movable or floatable feature you should copy dtree_add.jsfile in the same folder with dtree.js file.

Q: For the attributes that can have top, left, right, bottom, i.e. border, padding, is there any way to specify just one of them in the javascript context menu? i.e. border-left: 2px. I tried 2px 0 0 0 but that doesn't seem to work.
A: You can set different border width , forexample:
