A: Now you have two entries of dmenu.js file on your site in the <head> and <body> tags.
You must have only one entry of dmenu.js file.
You should write so:

A: You can set target parameter for all items:

or
  var itemTarget="main";

where main - is the name of the main frame where you want to open the link

or for each item individually:
