Q: I have deluxe-menu 3.2.5 and now I can't open my old menu files. I get thefollowing error message in dhtml menu creator "Can't open the file:
H:\data-menu.js. Check youre encode parameter." I have tried to open several different menu files and I always get the same error message. Do you have any solution of this problem?

A: You should change Deluxe Tuner settings:

Try to turn off the encoding property "Tools/use utf8 encode" and open your datafile once again.



Q: If i use windows tree menu and published on my web site it is default all menu and submenu areopened . I want that all menu is default closed if user click on main menu itwill be opened submenu. Please wich parameters i have to change. Please help me

A: You should set the following parameter:
  var texpanded=0;

Check also that you don't have '+' sign before item's text in the top items, for example:

and you also assign Individual Item Style with itemBackImage anditemWidth parameters for each item

You should delete itemBackImage and itemWidth parameters from itemStyles.
