Javascript Menu. DHTML Menu.

  • Apply any font of any color, size and font decoration you need. Use any available type, color and thickness of a menu's frame. Choose any color for submenus and items backgrounds.
  • Set the size of the menu in percent, pixels, or other units. This menu may have a relative (it can be inserted into the table, for example) or absolute position .
  • Specify various values for spacing and padding for the whole menu and for each separate submenu.
  • You can specify a time for delays in showing or hiding of a submenu. Use special prefixes for image paths and links to make paths absolute.

A: Please, see the following parameters of the menu:

You can create separators between items in the drop down menu using menuItems, for example:

Q: How do you get the menu items in the transparent drop down menu to change to the hand like it's a hyperlink?

A: Set the following parameter in your data.js file:

Q: I couldn't understand where to put copied SE Friendly code for the dhtml top menu.

A: You should generate search engine friendly code and install it on yourpage in the beginning of the BODY tag.

Deluxe Menu is a search engine friendly menu since v1.12.
To create a search engine friendly menu you should add additional html code within your html page:

To generate such a code use Deluxe Tuner application.

Q: I am using your Deluxe Tabs software, and I am simply trying to implement your dhtml menu samples:

I have downloaded the trial software and built my tabs, but at this point, all I have is the tabs... I need the entire box under the tabs, and I need to be able to insert my content for each tab.

A: You should specify any Object ID name of the DIV.

See, for each item you should assign the ID property of the contentDIV (see data file with your menu parameters).
