  • Apply any font of any color, size and font decoration you need. Use any available type, color and thickness of a menu's frame. Choose any color for submenus and items backgrounds.
  • Set the size of the menu in percent, pixels, or other units. This menu may have a relative (it can be inserted into the table, for example) or absolute position .
  • Specify various values for spacing and padding for the whole menu and for each separate submenu.
  • You can specify a time for delays in showing or hiding of a submenu. Use special prefixes for image paths and links to make paths absolute.
  • Create separators using your own pictures, size and alignment.

Q: We have been evaluating your menu control.
But we are not able to use PNGFix javascript which is used for transparent PNG image in our down navigation bar. Your menu is transparent but it goes one layes behind. It should come on top of all with transparecy.

Your reply could help us make a buying decision.

A: Unfortunately it is really so. PNGFix javascript won't work.

We'll try to add feature to use transparent PNG images in the next version of Deluxe Menu.

Q: I had test on php but I have problem with content "ABC-1" not show when run page first of the tab menu javascript, anh then I click it is show content.

A: Check parameter:

  var bselectedItem = 0;

Selected tab index by default. Index is an tab number in bmenuItems array.
It Must be > = 0;


Q: I need current page highlighted on javascripts tab menu.
what I do the change on data.js file.

A: Deluxe Tabs doesn't support API functions which can return theselected tab aslo.

You can set "bselectedItem" and "  var bselectedSmItem" parametersbased on your link before you call your data file.

For example, move "  var bselectedItem" and "  var bselectedSmItem" parametersfrom your data file to your code.

You should define seltabs and selsmtabs using server side script.

You can also set it on every page before you call data.js file, forexample:

Q: I use your licensed deluxe menu and I got a customer specific issue:

Is it possible to set no background color for the menus first level and a background color for all submenus?

I couldn't find a parameter to set different variables for main level and sublevels...
