Recent Questions

Q: I want to remove the "Loading...", message when using AJAX to load pull down menu nodes. This is because it does not fit in with my colour scheme and sometimes it stays there when no more nodes are loaded.

A: Open dmenu_ajax.js file in any text editor.
Find and delete the following words:

visibility="visible";

Q: We have a problem. If the "sub menus" open downward (in a horizontal menu) and there is Flash under it, the menu disappears. It goes BEHIND the flash and can't be seen.

Is there a fix for this?

I honestly don't recall it happening before but it now does. I probably didn't pay attention. Thank you!

Q: I just downloaded the beta for IE8

And it looks like the java script menu code has a lot of issues with it. Are you guys going to be supporting IE8?

A: Yes, we're planning the full support for IE8 as well as for all major browsers.

All issues will be fixed with final version of IE8.



Q: Java sub menu not working after upgrade to deluxe menu 3.0. Please check.

A: See, you've set the following parameter:

  var transparency="0";

That is mean that your submenus will be transparent. You won't seethem.

Try to set another value, for example:

  var transparency="100";
