  • Create contextual menus for your pages. For this purpose you should assign a special function for the object you want. The current coordinates of the mouse pointer or your own ones can be used for the contextual menu.
  • When the submenu is larger than the visible area of the page the submenu will be automatically decreased. Q: We are showing the "incorrect copyright" on our menu for some reason and I need you to look at the code. It's been this way for about a month. My company is going to make me stop using your menu if I can't get the issue corrected so please help me determine why we are suddenly having this problem.

The notice shows up on IE 6, but not IE 7.


A: "Incorrect Copyright" means that the script can't find required copyright parameters.
To avoid this, please, change:

Q: How do you center the text within the top-level menu cels for the xml drop down menu?
There doesn't seem to be a setting for it in the tuner.
There's a justification option for the sub-menus, but not for the top.

A: Use the following parameter to specify align for the top items:

  var itemAlignTop="center";

Q: Once again, I need your help....I have gone through my eniter site to fix what it takes to keep this menu from hiding the flash header when you role over the main menu items. It still hides. The problem still exists. Help!


A: You should add the following function in the beginning of your data file

You should add this function each time you change your menu in DeluxeTuner as it deletes this function from your data file.


Q: Can the Deluxe Menus be set to open by click and stay open when clicked for some time?

A: You can open Deluxe Menu on click. Set this parameter:
  var showByClick = 0;          Show submenus on a mouse click only.
0 - disabled (default),   1 - enabled.

You can use such parameter in you menu:
  var transDuration = 300;         - Delay of a transitional effect (in ms) on submenu's showing.
