Q: I want to use single css drop down menu bar for each page without applying HTML Code for each page separatly.I mean to use CSS Menu as per our .JS Menu.

A: Unfortunately it is not possible with css menu.

On each page you should call css file with styles:

<link href="menu.css" rel="stylesheet" type="text/css" />

and add code for the menu on each page in the place where you want to have a menu, forexample:

Q: I need to create a popup menu in javascript triggered from a flash movie button. Is this possible, and if so, do you have any documentation on this? (coding for flash button, etc)

A: Unfortunately you cannot assign OnClick or OnContextMenu event forflash file.



Q: The menu is the table imbedded to the layer.

If you want to center the menu paste itwithin the <div>> or <table> with a static position and specify a center alignment for it, for example:

</div>

Please, set exact value for   var menuWidth parameter, for example:

  var menuWidth = "500px";
This can help to align your menu correctly in all browsers.
Try also to specify units in "px".
Set also:
  var absolutePos = 0;

If you want to use absolute position for the menu, use varabsolutePos=1 instead of absolute position for div.


Q: Can you provide an example of how to dynamically change the menu items at runtime for the dropdown menus?
(asp is fine, but if it needs to javascript that is also ok)

A: 1) You can use API functions to affect items dynamically:

2)Generate your menu items dynamically from database.
Unfortunately we don't have working example with ASP.

You may generate a menu from a database or XML using any server-side script, e.g., PHP, ASP, VB, etc.
However, these scripts don't work inside of Javascript .js files, so,
you should move parameters of a menu from a .js file into an html-page, e.g.:
