Q: The "drop down" menus go above the mouseover javascript menu, not below. I want them to go down. That's why it's a DROP DOWN menu and not a DROP UP menu.

And I tried the "  var subMenuVAlign="bottom";" command as per your user database forum and it doesn't work.

So the problem is elsewhere....

BTW, I did not have this problem on the trial version, it appeared after I installed your js files in the scripts directory and the key in the data.js file

  var subMenuVAlign="top";



Q: Images don't appear in my menu.


A: Now you have two lines:

<SCRIPT type=text/javascript>  var dmWorkPath = "../misyssbm.files/";</SCRIPT>

and

<SCRIPT type=text/javascript>  var dmWorkPath = "../side_menu.files/";</SCRIPT>

But you should have only one line.
Please, check it.


Q: I am setting up a menu with word wrapping "on". Is it possible to have the wording in the middle of the text go to a new line?
If so, how do I do that?


A: Unfortunately, you can't do it.

You can only set the following parameter
  var noWrap=0;
and use <br> tags in the text, for example

Q: One intern design a menu for us using MenuTuner that we bought however Menu doesn’t work in Firefox or netscape.
It works fine in Internet Explorer.
Can you help? I’m attaching the zip file which you can extract and open index.html to see what’s wrong.


A: Try to specify units in "px".
  var tmenuWidth = "230px";
It's necessary to specify exact value for Mozilla browsers. It helpsto position menus correctly.

You should set this parameter:
  var tmenuHeight = "auto";
