Q: How can I make items appear much more quickly in the drop down menu samples?
They appear but only after mouseing-over the menu and waiting for approximately one second.


A: Try to adjust the following parameters:

  var dm_writeAll=0;

  var smShowPause=100;
  var smHidePause=1000;

  var transDuration=150;
  var transDuration2=200;

You can also turn off transitional effects
  var transition=-1;



Q: Using data-visa-5.js

Trying to get the menu to start collapsed rather than fully expanded.

Thought it was the   var texpanded=0 setting but doesn't seem to have any effect.

A: See, when you set + sign before item's text that is mean that thisitem will be expanded.

Q: I'm testing the trial version and I'm having a little problem with the state saving. Everytime it navigates to another page, it does not save the state, even with

  var tsaveState=1;

In fact, it actually opens up a different menu other than the one I originally clicked.


A: See, if you open pages (with menus) from different folder it means that you open different menus. So, when you change a state, for example, of the first menu within "newzap/" folder and then open another page with the menu within "newzap/learn/", browsers looks for another cookie file and can't find it and the second menu stays in a default state.

Try to set different

  var tsavePrefix="menu1";
  var tsavePrefix="menu2";
  var tsavePrefix="menu3";

for different menus.
That should work.


Q: I regret to inform you that I have not fail understand, how can change place of the icon in software Deluxe Tuner(Menu).


A: You should add icons for the item in the "Item Parameters" window.

Now you have:
