Q: One question. I'm working on my site and I'm wondering why the background images disappear for a while after hovering over them, then reappear after a while.
Can you tell me how to stop this from happening?


A: ow you have such parameter:

  var itemBackColor=["#FFFFFF","#4792E6"];

The second color is the mouseover background color.


Q: If i use windows tree menu and published on my web site it is default all menu and submenu are opened .
I want that all html tree menu is default closed if user click on main menu it will be opened submenu.
Please wich parameters i have to change.

A: You should set the following parameter:

  var texpanded=0;

Check also that you don't have '+' sign before item's text in the top items, for example:

["+Home","", "", "", "", "", "", "0", "", ],
...
["+Item1","", "", "", "", "", "", "0", "", ],




Q: I need a web navigation bar with a transparent background for the menu and the submenues.

A: You can set the following parameters:

Q: Once more I have a small question about Deluxe Menu.
I have rewritten my homepage (still off-line) to use stylesheets instead of frames. But for some reason the drop down menu templates won't appear anymore.
Does DM need frames or can it also work without frames? I would suppose that it can also work on a page with no frames. But for some reason I can't seem to get it to work.


A: If you don't use frames there is no need to write your init functionin the following way:

dm_initFrame("lower", 0, 1, 1);

That is way you cannot see your menu.

dm_init();
