Q: I would like to create my own jpeg images and use them as the mouseover-items in the top level drop down menus. I am not talking about the backround. I mean the actual upfront button.
I seem to be locked into the size which is the default and would like to change it to width = 180px and height = 45px for each item in the menu.
Is there any way to do that?


A: You should create Individual Style and assign it for all top items.

Q: Shall I have to call the main egine file of the javascript menu maker - dmenu.js twice if I want to install two menus on the page.

Is for the top navigation menu, the datahscounseling is for the side menu. If I delete that line won't my top navigation be gone?

A: No, when you have several menus on the same page you should calldmenu.js file only once and then call several data files.

You should install the menus in the following way:

Q: We are in the stage of design, we have a requirement to have the right click drop down menu fly out from right to left.

A: The following parameter controls the ways of showing submenus:

From left to right:

  var subMenuAlign="left";
  var subMenuVAlign="top";

From left to right + upwards:

  var subMenuVAlign="bottom";

From right to left:

  var subMenuVAlign="top";

Q: Am I under the correct assumption that if the inner menu item text expands past the ItemWidth or MenuWidth (being that the Width is set -- eg 150px), that the javascript menu div width will expand past it's boundaries instead of wrapping the text? (eg. A text like "Please Make this Wrap instead of expand the width boundary" seems to expand the container's width rather than wrap)

A: There are 2 ways to do that:

1. set

2. use <br> tags, for example:
