Q: I have Deluxe-Menu v2.0.

1. When I make an Item a Seperator using '-' on main menu Items (on a menu verticale javascript) it does NOT work (leaves a blank row) but when I make an Item a Separator using '-' on a Subitem it DOES work (uses the Separatorimage). Why ?

Can I make an Item a Separator on the main menu and get it to use the Separatorimage ?

If I set the text value to empty on a main menu Item and then add image paths in the Normal and Mouse Over Icon fields in Item Parameters, all I get on my preview is an image placeholder with a Red X but when I set the text value to empty on a SubItem and then add image paths in the Normal and Mouse Over Icon fields in Item Parameters, the preview DOES show the image. Why ?

Q: This is a great product and I hope to use it for the project I am currently working on. I have played around with using simple javascript menu but have been unable to figure out how to make sub menu items live on multiple rows and columns. Could you point me in the right direction? I know with the individual styles I could make the category titles bold and put sub categories right underneath without actually making them sub categories.

Q: We have problems with the japanese down css menu being seen on many Japanese computers.  It comes up with squares.
Can you advise us how we can fix that program.

A: If you are using a Japanese system then everything should render correctly.
If you are using an English system with a Japanese IME then you willneed to set the font in the Tuner to one that supports the characters you require.



Q: I cannot see the shadow on the top items of the menu. Can you help me?


A: Now you have shadow the submenus only, if you want to have shadowfor the top items you should set the following parameters:
