Q: I bought today and followed the procedure to download and install the same. It seems, Calender option is not available in the downloaded javascript menu generator package. Do I have download anything separate for that? Would you please let me know as soon as possible.
A: We haven't added Calendar in Deluxe Tuner.You can find it in the installed package:
C:\Program Files\Deluxe Menus\сalendar\
Q: How do you change the back ground color of the menu?
menuBackColor just changes the pull down background.
I'm stuck with a blue background which i guess is the default.
I've looked at the parameters page for info, tried a few different items but none worked for changing the background.
I'm sure its something very obvious, but any help would be appreciated.
A: Please, don't forget to change also item background colors:

Q: I am testing the menu under the 2nd URL however I am just receiving a blank page Why would the menu be totally blank ...not even incorrect key or trial version warnings. Does Deluxe menu need ASP installed on the server.
A: You should call dmWorkPath parameter before you call dmenu.js file.
Check also that this parameter point to the same directory withdmenu.js file. So, you should install the menu in the following way:

Q: How do I open a PDF document in a new window? Is this in the Item Parameters window?
A: You can specify target parameter for each item
["|Open file","file.pdf", "", "", "", "_blank", "", "", "", ],
If you want to use context menu you can try to write your menuItems in the following way:
["|<a href='file.pdf' target='_blank'>Open file</a>","", "", "", "", "", "", "", "", ],
But you should create correct style for <a> tag.
